“Equipping Youths: All the Way”
Y.E.S. Springboards Future Leaders

DHL is extending its partnership with the Labour Department for "Youth Employment Start" (Y.E.S.). The enhanced 2009 program, "Equipping Youths: All the Way", aims to cultivate visionary leaders through soft skills training, experience sharing sessions and participation in DHL's sustainability programs.

DHL Global Forwarding has also introduced a scholarship program to reward outstanding participants from the Mentorship Program under Y.E.S. last year.

In 2008, over 460 young people aged 15 to 29 drew on the resources and services of Y.E.S., designed to facilitate employability and a sustainable career development path. As a partner, DHL transfers industry-leading skills and experience to fulfill its commitment to nurturing Hong Kong's next generation
